1. About our service

ReadyToArrive.com is operated by Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We provide a private administrative assistance service for travellers applying for a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). Our service includes reviewing your application form for errors, submitting it to the relevant UK authorities on your behalf, and providing customer support throughout the process.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Government, the Home Office, or GOV.UK. You can apply for an ETA directly and free of charge (aside from the £20 government fee) at GOV.UK.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or submitting an application through our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

3. Service description

Our service is limited to administrative assistance. Specifically, we:

• Review the information you provide for common errors and omissions
• Submit your ETA application form to the UK authorities on your behalf
• Notify you of the outcome once we receive it
• Provide customer support via email

We do not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or any form of regulated advice. We do not influence, predict, or have any control over the decision made by the UK authorities regarding your application.

4. Fees and payment

Our total fee is £39, which comprises:

• £20 - UK Government ETA fee: This is the fee charged by the UK authorities for processing your ETA application. This fee is paid directly to the government on your behalf.
• £19 - Our service fee: This covers form review, error checking, submission assistance, and customer support.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling).

5. Refund policy

Once payment is made, processing begins immediately. The £20 government fee is submitted to the UK authorities and is non-refundable. Our £19 service fee is also non-refundable as work begins on your application straight away. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

If your application is unsuccessful due to an error made by us during submission, we will resubmit your application at no additional cost.

6. No outcome assurances

We do not and cannot provide any assurance regarding the outcome of your ETA application. The decision to approve or reject an application is made solely by the UK authorities based on their own criteria. Our service is limited to administrative assistance with the application process.

7. Your responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Ensure all passport details match your physical passport exactly
• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information
• Not use our service for any unlawful purpose

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We review for common formatting errors but cannot verify the truthfulness of your personal details.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our service (£19 service fee).

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
